Transit Van Side Door Wont Lock

When you then try to lock the van by pressing the lock button it relocks the rear doors and beeps the horn to say a door not closed.

All doors are closed though. The side door stays locked. I had to take out the lock to repair and decided to show whats happening when rotary knob gets stuck. Drivers side door won t open.

All motors work on all doors as can hear them even clear the contact on the side sliding door still does the same locks then unlocks its self. Removed mechanism and fitted new mechanism to side door still wont lock have you any advice wiring seems ok. Any advice gratefully received. How do i manually unlock this so i can get it open to work on the lock.
