Transit Van Side Door Not Locking

My blue key is transmitting to my 09 transit van but it does not unlock or lock any door and have to use key to lock and unlock.

In my case i could have probably unhooked the yellow. I have two fob but none worked if i try to open the back doors or reset the central locking by turning the the key on off 8 times in 10. 2002 ford explorer drivers side door lock rear. Ford have tested key and it is transmitting.

Removed mechanism and fitted new mechanism to side door still wont lock have you any advice wiring seems ok. Ford transit central locking problem. I think i ve somehow managed to upset the central locking on my transit mk7 as when you lock it all up it seems to think there s a door still open in the back locks the front only and then beeps.
