The door latch will need to be replaced to correct this problem.

Hello this is caused by a bad door lock actuator.
Try opening the rear door driver side and operate the inside handle.
That narrows it to the module that controls the lock unlock output.
Then lock it all up as normal.
This happened on a 10 plate transit last year more than once.
