Material processed include 0 35 to 0 5 mm thick fully processed silicon steelsand grain oriented 0 17 to 0 35mm thick silicon. They are stamped from a pre material strip of the respective thickness and finished by a consequent annealing process to optimize the magnetic properties. Standard laminations are described in din en 61021 in a variety of sizes and grades. The proper mutual induction requires an efficient linkage of magnetic flux between the windings.
